Carla Strickland, General RDH

Registered Dental Hygienist, Carla Strickland begins each patient’s oral examination and teeth cleaning at their semiannual appointments. Carla checks every patient for signs of oral disease during their examination and takes digital dental X-rays that help the dentist check for cavities and other problems. After the dental exam by the doctor, Carla thoroughly cleans the teeth by scraping dental build-up and polishing the teeth. To help each patient, Carla goes through the steps of good home dental care, including how to brush and floss during the patient’s exam.

I became a dental hygienist because I wanted a rewarding career that allowed me to help others. My dental hygiene career has been amazing and a great pleasure. I graduated from Texas Woman’s University in 2005 with a Bachelor of Science degree. My time with Dallas Laser Dentistry has been exceptional. The team is caring and supportive. I am happy to work with a truly amazing group. During my personal time, I enjoy playing tennis and spending quality time with my family. I’ve been blessed with an amazing husband and an adorable little girl. I can’t ask for anything more.

Michelle Reyes Ramirez, General RDH

Michelle is the newest Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) on the general dentistry team at Dallas Laser Dentistry. Michelle sees patients for their twice-a-year dental exams, cleanings, periodontal maintenance, and deep cleanings as well as during dental treatments. Michelle documents each patient’s medical history and maintains their dental health records from their previous visits. She prepares each patient for their exam with the dentist by taking digital X-rays, examining the patient for signs of disease.

Line Kendrick, Cosmetic RDA

As Lead Registered Dental Assistant for cosmetic and laser dentistry at Dallas Laser Dentistry, Line Kendrick assists Dr. Mary Swift with patient care. Line is a crucial part of the team as she ensures the dentists, hygienists, and patients have everything they need for a comfortable, efficient cosmetic dental procedure. A true asset to the practice, Line enjoys keeping the dentists and staff organized and prepared, as well as helping patients with any questions and concerns.

Merrit Alve, Patient Concierge

Oralia Figueroa, Patient Concierge

Dallas Laser Dentistry communication goes through Oralia Figueroa, our friendly Patient Concierge, and Business Team member. Oralia helps manage all incoming phone calls and helps patients make appointments or leave messages. Working at the front desk of our office, Oralia works with the dentists and hygienists to prepare and discuss treatment plans they develop with patients with a smile and great service. Oralia also sends appointment reminders and helps patients schedule special services, like teeth whitening or dental surgeries.

Ashton Holt, General RDA

As Lead Registered Dental Assistant for Dr. Petty at Dallas Laser Dentistry, Ashton assists Dr. Petty in surgeries, ensures the area and instruments used by the dentists are clean and the specific tools for the scheduled treatment for each patient are set up in the operatory for use helps each patient have a fast, efficient appointment. Ashton helps dentists during regular exams, and other dental treatments. In addition to assisting the staff of Dallas Laser Dentistry,  Ashton can answer questions for patients and help prepare them for their appointment or procedure.

Suzanne Noe, Insurance/Financing Specialist

Suzanne Noe has been a Business Associate at Dallas Laser Dentistry since 2001 and she keeps everything in the office running smoothly. Suzanne handles all insurance claims, patient financing needs, and processing payments. Suzanne also manages the practice’s medical records and medical billing. Suzanne is the warm, friendly face that our regular and new patients last see when they complete treatment and want their cookies. She embodies the patient-centered values of Dallas Laser Dentistry.

Suzanne Noe came to work with Dallas Laser Dentistry over 20 years ago after being in corporate sales for many years. The close tight-net family environment with Dr. Swift, fellow employees and the bond with patients are what makes this long-time working relationship amazing. Born and raised in Texas she is married with three children ages 33,32 and 16. She lives in the country over 60 miles from Dallas, but for her, the long drive each day is worth it. When not spending time with her family she enjoys going to church, riding horses, raising cattle, crafting, photography, shopping, Canton Trades Day, traveling, and exploring Texas.

Megan Keys, Registered Dental Assistant

Megan and Line are the dental assisting team working with Dr. Swift and her patients. She’s also the mom of several children, so helping restore and create smiles provides a delightful balance and different type of satisfaction in her life.

Meredith Rhodenbaugh, Dental Assistant

Meredith, along with Ashton, assists Dr. Petty with her patients. She came to us with many years of experience, and patients love her true interest in their lives as well as their dental desires.

Aggie Green, Receptionist

Aggie is our newest team member. As Receptionist her smiling face likely will be the first thing you see when you arrive, but she also handles existing patient scheduling, insurance company communication, and patient phone calls. Keeping it in the family, she is actually Merrit’s niece, and is delighted to work with her aunt.

Jacque Barnett, Dental Assistant

Jacque has over 30 years’ experience as a Registered Dental Assistant, the last 10 years of which have been at Dallas Laser Dentistry. Jacque’s an east Texas girl, and still commutes from east of Dallas for over an hour. She helps all hygienists, doctors, and other clinical assistants as needed, particularly with our in-office teeth whitening procedures.
